Custom Wig/Color Requests:
For orders requesting custom wigs or colors, we want to ensure that your wig is crafted to perfection. As such, shipping for custom color requests may take approximately 8 to 10 business days. Rest assured, we put in every effort to create a product that meets your unique specifications.

Billing and Shipping Address:
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, we kindly request that the billing and shipping addresses provided at checkout match. If the addresses do not match, your order may be subject to cancellation. Please double-check and verify your address details before completing your purchase.
